Artist Statement
My work is a reflection on my surroundings and our society. Living in a society seeing things happening around me through poetry, newspapers, daily circumstances and day to day sources. I am expressing my opinion through my painting. It can be the partrial of anything which affects the society in a good way or bad way. It is like a documentation of the time, which I live in too. My family, my house, friends, and my village and everything which surrounds me, are the subject of my art works. Doing my post graduation I learnt how artists express their feelings to create and develop their image their own way. I was.introduced to printmaking during my bachelor course and continued printmaking in masters too. I found a very interesting process to create images by taking prints. Process of printmaking and photo realism somehow I can relate with my life. its needs planning, Precision, hard work, skill and creativity. Basically the more I worked, the more I was curious and enjoyed doing the work.
