These works are about the sheepish nature of the middle classes in our society. As the sheep are herded from one place to another in search of better pastures, the middle class moves or migrates to different areas in search of better opportunities and better quality of life. I have been intrigued about the various journeys/pains the middle class takes to create a better quality of life. For me, the image/metaphor of sheep comes with a double connotation for being bearers of burden but yet as silent followers of determined destinies.
