The Hunter and the Crow is a canvas-based work inspired by the story of an urban crow and a hunter who represents modern humans. The crow becomes a symbol of non-human life struggling to survive within a city shaped by human control and neglect. The hunter is a metaphor for our role in nature—how we observe, dominate, and emotionally distance ourselves from other living beings. This work reflects on how animals are treated as “others” within a shared world. It questions whether humans act as protectors or predators in the fragile balance between coexistence and destruction.
