There is a say that ‘Look before you leap’ otherwise things can go overhead. Essence of this proverb was in the core of my thought process while developing this sculptural piece. The vertical and horizontal intersections of lines forming a architectonic monumental structure, beneath it stuck a head painted with aerial view of old Delhi. The blocked cityscape deformed the organic flow of the human face anatomy and forming an illusionary space. At the same time the eyes gazing distance horizon is quite compelling.
