Queer Architecture

Originally from Mallarpur in West Bengal, my work centers on the idea of the ‘queer landscape,’ exploring how queer identity shapes social, emotional, and political spaces in my local community. I view landscape not just as a place, but as a layered social field where memory, resistance, and belonging intersect. My artistic process includes observing and engaging with local life, blending creative inquiry with real-life social dynamics.

I have received the Inlaks Fine Art Award (2024) and participated in the KOQAM Group Art Exhibition (2023). Along with this I have received the Gender Bender Grant (2022) and the Inside Out Fine Art Award (2019).
