Paras Rawat

I work across two interconnected paths: exploring family life and my brother's mental health condition, and investigating the ecological crisis of the city. My personal narrative work examines themes of vulnerability, memory, and human relationships through intimate stories of care. My second area focuses on Delhi's environmental realities; air and water pollution, urban ecology, and how people shape their surroundings. Through painting, photography, and community-engaged projects, I explore the social and environmental realities embedded in daily life, asking how we care for each other and for the city we inhabit.
