As a queer artist I explore vulnerability and chaos through layered, fragmented oil paintings. My work reflects the emotional nuances of gender dysphoria and the intricacies of queer relationships, drawing from Austrian and French Expressionism to capture emotional depth in everyday life. Through weary forms, intricate patterns, and constant states of becoming, I seek to illuminate the tensions and intimacies of our interactions. My practice offers a space for recognition and empathy, celebrating vulnerability and imperfection while inviting viewers to engage with their own experiences within the emotional landscape I create.
