“Between scientific curiosity and poetic temperament”
My practice examines everyday life, social issues, and human behavior, questioning survival and the roots of violence - a focus inspired by the 2017 farmers' protest. I connect local events to global systems, creating diverse works - drawings, collages, sculpture, and print - from collected images and ordinary materials. Influenced by science and philosophy, my practice negotiates knowledge, politics, and existence, mirroring a Sufi approach to dualities.
I've received the Inlaks Scholarship (2024), the Khoj Support Grant (2020), and the Nasreen Mohammedi Scholarship (2017). I completed my MFA at the Royal College of Art, London (2024–2025), and hold a gold medal in Creative Painting from MSU Baroda. I have exhibited internationally in the UK, South Korea, and India.
