Conversations with skin

I explore the body and objects as a living archive, with a particular focus on skin as both metaphor and material. I work across painting, drawing, printmaking, and material-based experimentation, reflecting on how mundane experiences leave subtle yet lasting imprints on the body and memory. My work emerges from close observation of daily life - gestures, silence, domestic routines, and intimate conversations. In recent projects, paper forms a central element in my practice; its fragility allows me to treat it as parallel to skin, metaphorically marking and altering it through touch, pressure, and time. Drawing inspiration from family narratives and personal memories, my work develops a visual language that foregrounds storytelling while remaining attentive to absence, intimacy, and emotional residue.

I've exhibited at the Kochi Biennale Students' Biennale (2022-2023) and Charukala Art Fair (2025).
