Robin Rawat

Growing up surrounded by mountains, I draw inspiration from the landscapes, local folklore, and stories of my home region. My work explores the connection between nature, myths, and the human body. Through painting, I investigate transformation, memory, and the bond between people and the natural world. Instead of simply painting realistic views, I use abstraction and rich textures to capture the mysterious, wild feeling of a deep forest where the horizon seems to vanish. To me, painting is a daily ritual of thinking, feeling, and getting lost in imagination.
