Aesthetics of monotony

I delve into hidden recesses of personal emotions emerging from the subtle repetition of everyday life. My work lingers in the unnoticed flow of daily routines, where familiar patterns loop where I observe the push and pull between ease and restlessness. Through gestures, objects, and overlooked corners of the home, I explore the emotional weight of the ordinary, where beauty, discomfort, and reflection quietly coexist.

I earned the prestigious Prof. V.S. Patel Gold Medal in Printmaking from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. My work has been exhibited at the 2nd International Print Biennale (2021) at Lalit Kala Akademi and in Indian Women Printmakers at the National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi. In 2023, my interest in art history and writing led me to participate in the Writing Fellowship by BICAR X Space Studio Baroda.
