I am a visual artist from Bihar, born in 1995, and my practice draws from the tradition of miniature painting while responding to the shifting landscapes of contemporary urban life. I studied painting at Kala Bhavana, Visva-Bharati University, Santiniketan, and later completed my Master’s degree at the College of Art, New Delhi.

I work with watercolour, drawing from the language of miniature painting to explore memory, light, and the quiet rhythms of nature. My process involves layering, erasure, and subtle interruptions marking moments of hesitation or rupture that reflect how we experience time and perception. I’m drawn to the idea of the glitch as a gentle disruption, where the seen and the felt overlap. Through these delicate shifts, I try to create spaces where looking slows down and memory unfolds in fragments.

In 2020, I was awarded the Shristi Art Grant. My work has been exhibited at Exhibit 320’s _Citing Beauty _(2021) and shown at the India Art Fair in 2022 and 2023 as part of the gallery’s presentation. “LINES LAID ON A LIMINAL LAND” Group Show Curated by TAK.
