“The grids we live in”
My work is all about exploring the 'grid' - the unseen structure of intersecting lines in our cities and lives - using textiles, paper, and print. I focus on materials like jute and cotton, cutting and stitching them to show the balance between order and fragility. I'm fascinated by the gaps in these systems, where things are unpredictable and change happens.
I've previously exhibited widely in India and internationally, including at the National Gallery of Prague, CSMVS, Raza Foundation, Dhoomimal and Tao Art Gallery, among others, across the Czech Republic, Netherlands, and India.
