Growing up where rituals and beliefs were never actively followed shaped my work. I'm drawn to observing moments from social gatherings that feel absurd, often questioning their significance. I focus on the ironies in society that have become part of daily life, using light, depth, perspective, and subtle humor to explore them. What interests me most is the tension between personal beliefs and societal expectations. I observe quietly how people perform their roles without questioning why, presenting what I see as a viewer, the feelings and moments of self-placement within these situations is what I portray.
