"
Spaces in irreversible transition
"

My journey is an ongoing exploration of the intricate relationship between humanity and the environment, delving into themes of
transformation, resilience, and the tension between destruction and renewal. Through diverse mediums, I examine the dynamic interplay
of natural and constructed spaces, capturing moments of flux where the past and future converge. My work is deeply influenced by the
evolving landscapes we inhabit and reshape, reflecting on the impact of human presence and technological forces on the world around
us.
The visual language of my art often juxtaposes organic forms with rigid geometries, creating a dialogue between the natural and the man-
made. Texture plays a vital role, as it evokes the physical and emotional remnants of change—whether through the tactile surface of a
canvas, the hazy ambiguity of charcoal, or the layered collages of constructed materials. These elements serve as metaphors for the
fragility of human constructs and the resilience required to rebuild and redefine our surroundings.
Central to my process is the exploration of dualities: the organic and the constructed, harmony and discord, presence and absence. These
contrasts manifest through compositions that oscillate between fluidity and structure, reflecting the complexities of transformation and
adaptation. The landscapes in my work are often ambiguous, suggesting spaces in transition—where the familiar gives way to the
unknown, and where moments of beauty coexist with instances of uncertainty.
Each piece invites contemplation of humanity’s evolving relationship with the environments we create and inhabit. By examining the
traces we leave behind, I seek to provoke questions about our role within the broader narrative of existence. My work is not merely a
representation of the world as it is but a meditation on its potential—a call to reflect on the legacy we shape as we navigate the ever-
changing landscapes of life.
