The attempt is to render history and time accessible within this exhibition and to shape it by invoking our concerns and highlighting how it impacts its environs—viewing earth art with a perspective of mark-making on the landscape that juxtaposes contemporary inspiration onto the pre-existing context. I aim to make visible the hidden traces through questions of control. By intruding on the confined floor and observing the existing void, this geological event would put our existence in perspective by suggesting repair. It is in our nature to be in transit, as are the spaces we dwell in. The nature of my project stems from the notion that the interior is a space of between-ness, a transition, a living being that changes with the activities related to it.
