The architecture of a home world
"

His works grow out of Ladakh’s mountains and quiet rhythms, reimagined through egg trays, cardboard, papier-mâché and clay. Fragile materials become tender landscapes, reminding us how places shift and how memory softens what it holds. Through these recycled forms, he opens a gentle pause — a space to listen to what the environment is quietly asking of us. - **Formative Grounding **-** **IMFA, Jammu; Kala Bhavana, Santiniketan - **Ways of Making** - Sculptural and material explorations using recycled, fragile, everyday materials - **Terrains of Thought** - Landscapes, memory, environmental care, the quiet resilience of Ladakh - **Soft Architectures** - Egg trays, cardboard, paper-mâché, clay and other soft, discarded textures - **Recognitions** - India Pavilion, Venice Biennale 2026; Lalit Kala Akademi Scholarship 2021-22; Hyundai Art for Hope Grant 2024; Abir India Award, First Take 2024; Space118 Grant 2024
