**“Memory of valleys”** This work is created from discarded egg trays, transformed through layering, paper mâché, and natural pigments into a sculptural form that reflects the landscapes and architecture of Ladakh. By working with waste and humble materials, I continue my exploration of sustainability and the fragile balance between nature and culture. Unlike my earlier relief-based works, this piece marks a shift into three-dimensional forms, expanding the dialogue between material, memory, and space. The mountainous textures embedded with Ladakhi architecture evoke the resilience of traditional life amidst harsh environments, while also hinting at its vulnerability in the face of change. Through this transition, I seek not only to engage viewers visually but also to invite them to experience Ladakh’s deep relationship between home, mountain, and ecology. This new direction allows my practice to grow into a more immersive and tactile experience, aligning with my broader commitment to sustainability, cultural heritage, and reimagining discarded matter as carriers of meaning and memory. I would like to create a series of works under the same title **“Memories of valleys”.**
