I created this work using an organic papermaking process, depicting the land of Tripura and the survival realities of daily life in my village, Rangutia. My focus was on texture, carefully observing and replicating the diverse land textures of different areas. By integrating these elements, I sought to construct a new metaphor that reflects the resilience of my community. The interplay of organic materials and tactile surfaces transforms the landscape into a layered narrative, capturing both the physical and emotional essence of my homeland while emphasizing the deep connection between land, life, and artistic expression.
